3. Account limitations

   You are allowed to create and maintain only one account on Tab. Additional accounts may be terminated without prior notice.

4. Prohibited activites

   You agree not to engage in the following activities:

   1. Violating laws and regulations
   2. The upload or use of any illegal content, including gore, indecent images of minors, pirated material, or any other content that violates applicable laws.
   3. Uploading/sharing content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, or is harmful to minors in any way
   4. Uploading/sharing content that is hateful, discriminatory, or incites violence
   5. The sale or trade of Tab accounts
5. Termination

   We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the terms. Upon termination, your right to use tab will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply delete your account in the user settings.

6. Refund policy

   All purchases made on Tab, including any digital items or services, are final, and no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

7. User conduct

   You agree to use Tab and its services in a manner that is not harmful to the website or its users. Harassment, hate speech, or any malicious activity is strictly prohibited.

8. Intellectual property

   The website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Tab and are protected by international copyright.

9. Disclaimers

   Tab is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Changes

    We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of Tab after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
